DIGS Associates, a consulting firm specializing in watershed drainage water management, partners with Cimbria Consulting to accelerate the company’s market advancement.

Cimbra Consulting is a sister company of Cimbria Capital, a private equity company that helps investors directly invest in other companies (rather than buying stock) and focuses on agriculture and water properties. Cimbra Consulting is a management, scientific, and technical consultancy based in Houston, Texas and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The firm offers consulting services for enterprises in agribusiness, renewable energy, and water technology.“Needless to say, it was a natural fit for DIGS,” says Corey Getz, co-founder of DIGS Associates, in an emailed statement. “The collaboration between our two companies is to broaden the impact of DIGS watershed-level drainage model and grow our visibility and branding along the way. Cimbria consulting will assist DIGS with a more streamlined approach to communicate our breadth of services to our current and potential customers.”

DIGS Associates is a third-party drainage water management consultancy for landowners, investors, contractors, farm managers, farmers, and draining districts. Based in Moweaqua, IL, the firm specializes in evaluating and designing large-scale water drainage management projects through the company’s proprietary engineering procedures, support, and technologies. DIGS works with drainage contractors on a project basis and provides drainage plans built upon their collected data.

Getz says the partnership won’t alter the size of projects DIGS takes on, but rather the biggest benefit would be that “more potential clients [will] become aware of our services.” Currently DIGS’ average projects are over 1,000 acres and encompass the entire watershed.

Getz says the move to collaborate was because DIGS wanted its message and method tackling water management in a holistic way (at the watershed level rather at the individual property level) to reach more people. “Both companies are highly concerned about water management, quality, and sustainability. Cimbria has a global presence and DIGS Associates has pioneered a unique approach to solving drainage water management issues” Getz says. “We are thrilled about the potential this relationship brings to the water industry.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes”][vc_column][st_image_slider_module images=”11601″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row]
